Mission
My mission is to treat every person with the compassion and empathy needed to help guide the client out of pain and restore function. I strive to employ individualized treatment options that are evidence based, patient centered and multi-faceted, ultimately empowering patients to take control of their pain. It is a privilege to serve as your partner, your advocate and your guide in the recovery process. My goal is to facilitate your full return to all functional, recreational and sport activities.

About Dr. Erin Hassett
Dr. Erin Hassett graduated with a BA in Biology from the University of Illinois at Urbana- Champaign in 2003 and her Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) from Regis University in 2007. She went on to complete the orthopedic residency program at the University of Southern California in 2011 and the manual therapy fellowship program at the University of Illinois at Chicago in 2017. She is a board Certified Orthopedic Clinical Specialist and fellow of the American Academy of Orthopedic Manual Physical Therapists. Dr. Hassett specializes in orthopedic injury and pain science (neuroscientific understanding of pain), allowing her to treat those across the pain spectrum.
In additional to her clinical expertise, she teaches regularly in the hybrid Doctor of Physical Therapy programs at Baylor, South College and University of Southern California. She is passionate about combining manual therapy and movement, and believes that treatments should be multi-faceted and unique for each individual. In addition to her manual therapy expertise, Dr. Hassett is also trained in the use of Graston technique and dry needling. She places the utmost importance on utilization of evidence based practice, but above all, supports a unique, holistic treatment approach tailored to the mental and physical wellbeing of each individual patient.
