Physical Therapy Evaluation
Are you experiencing pain? Is discomfort making it difficult for you to perform daily or recreational activities? Traditional physical therapy treatment is likely the best option for you. It entails a thorough evaluation assessing movement, body mechanics, strength and flexibility so we can determine what the driver of your pain is. Wellness/Sports Screen
Are you looking to throw faster or jump higher? Or are you worried your periodic back pain will turn into something bigger? Maybe you’re concerned that your tight hamstrings are affecting your tennis game, or your poor computer set-up will lead to discomfort down the road. At Hassett Health, we believe strongly in preventative health care. A wellness or sports screen entails a full body screen geared at identifying limitations (muscle flexibility, joint range of motion, movement dysfunction etc) that contribute to dysfunction or poor sport performance. We recommend doing at least one preventative muskuloskeletal screen a year to better identify and monitor issues that can cause bigger issues if left unaddressed.

Telehealth Session
Telehealth physical therapy is provided via live video over a technology platform, rather than in-person. The focus is on patient education as it pertains to diagnosis, home exercise program, movement analysis and pain control. Exercise program and goal progression are remotely monitored, encouraging patients to take control of their pain and promote healing. A telehealth physical therapy session is optimal for those who are busy, in a remote location, or just unable to seek in-person care.
Cost: $125/hr
